Interpack 2011 – remarkable success
Weyhmüller and Rissen received acclaim from all sides at their first mutual exhibition appearance!
Many Weyhmüller and Rissen customers and interested parties visited our first mutual stand since the takeover in November 2010 with hard and fast questions.
Their interest was, of course, initially in new products such as the re-closable “Paper Bottle” – standard PE screw closure at the top and below a body of PE laminate to suit the barrier necessities.
Designed in “product families” these bottles can be manufactured in sizes from 250 to 1000ml.
Over and above which, many questions in regard to the fusion of the two companies as well as future plans could be answered.
A fusion with convincing synergie effects that was closely followed worldwide
Following successful years of reliable cooperation in punching and cone winding technology for the ice-cream industry Weyhmüller has taken over RSE Rissen Service & Engineering GmbH to 100% as of 1st November 2010.Each with approximately 1400 installed machines, this fusion - observed worldwide - results in convincing synergy effects from which especially the customers profit!
By combining our resources in a company with more than 50 employees we can:
- more easily finance new developments and introduce them into the market
- offer a greater product range and provide our customers worldwide with a more
extensive on-site service.
Further to which we now have, in addition to our headquarters in southern German Neu-Ulm, a second plant in Wedel in the north.
